“Natalie would always listen to my “issue” then would explain why I was feeling that way. She educated me on what happens to “our” bodies/minds during a traumatic event. I needed to understand and know the feelings I was having were normal. She gave me tips, tricks, exercises to try during different “trigger” situations. This helped me tremendously.
